What data we process

When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber, we process the data you send us: your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry. When you visit the site, the hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, time of access and browser type.

Purpose and legal basis

We use enquiry data to reply and to prepare or perform our cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process technical data to keep the site secure, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We also retain data where the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Recipients

Data is processed by the service providers we use: Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (email), and WhatsApp or Viber if you contact us through those channels. Some of them may transfer data outside the EU, subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them, for possible cooperation and to establish or defend legal claims. We keep cooperation records for as long as the law requires. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own rules.

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and the font is loaded from our own site. If we ever introduced such cookies, we would ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can send a request to the email address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply to an enquiry without it. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
